Be nice, all they want to hear is that you have Experience, don;t worry too mucch on attitude or apperance until an interview. Just make sure you get an interview. They are looking for someone who has dont this before. Even, if you were never a sales person before. Say stuff like "I am an easy talker, and very persuading." Stuff along those lines. Sound interesting.
We don't know anything ABOUT you and can't fill in the important details. You, presumably, know what you have done that fits with the requirements. If you don't have the experience, no lies from us will help you.

Try writing the letter in Italian. That should impress them.
