It's about even. Dan might get a slight nod over Loggins, but then too Loggins is more known for soft rock, than for country. But then Fogelberg isn't exactly classed as country, but perhaps more towards the folk style music.

I liked Dan Fogelberg in his day. He was more than a one hit wonder, but not a lot. "Part of The Plan". Plus he was somewhat regional. I'm not a huge Kenny Loggins fan, though I was for Loggins and Messina. But he's a major singer - a major voicmore dan fogelberge, that is. See him live, he can sing the roof off of the auditorium.
probably Kenny Loggins - movie songs... I can't recall any Dan Fogelberg songs that are highlighted outside the radio-type genre.
